We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your account and personal data below.
Before You Delete
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account:
- Your profile, including name, bio, skills, and profile picture will be permanently deleted
- All your proposals, offers, and contracts will be removed
- Your chat history and messages will be deleted
- All uploaded files and documents will be permanently removed
- Your payment history will be retained for legal and accounting purposes (up to 7 years as required by law)
- You will no longer be able to access your account or any associated data
Important: If you have any active contracts or pending payments, please resolve them before requesting account deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the Mobile App
- Open the Vtrust app on your mobile device
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision by entering your password
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you prefer to request deletion via email or cannot access the app, please send an email to:

- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (if registered)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email.
Data Deletion Timeline
Data We Must Retain
For legal, tax, and regulatory compliance, we are required to retain certain information even after account deletion:
- Transaction records and invoices (up to 7 years)
- Tax-related information
- Records related to legal disputes or investigations
- Fraud prevention data
- KYC verification records (as required by financial regulations)
This data is stored securely and is only accessible for compliance purposes.
Alternative: Temporary Deactivation
If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, you can temporarily deactivate it instead:
- Your profile will be hidden from other users
- You won't receive notifications or messages
- Your data will be preserved
- You can reactivate your account at any time
